Response time for each call
When a caller asks a question, the wait before each reply matters. Each completed call now has a Response time section. It shows how long the caller waited for every answer, how long the greeting took, and which turns were slow. A turn counts as slow when the wait is over 5 seconds, and a turn that timed out is marked too.
Where to find it
Open Calls from the sidebar and click a completed voice call. Scroll below the AI summary to the Response time section. Timing is recorded for calls that started on or after 14 October 2026. For an older call, the section explains this instead of showing numbers.
How to use it
- Read the four chips: average wait, slowest wait, greeting and slow turns.
- Look at the bar list. Slow or timed-out turns have a red border.
- Hover over a bar, or focus it with the keyboard, to see its exact numbers.
- Use the slow turns to see which replies made callers wait longest.
Who it helps: owners and managers who run the voice agent. They can see whether callers wait too long before they change the setup or the questions the agent asks.
