- Your login and profile are deleted at once. Your business keeps its own records.

Cancel Google Play subscriptions first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play, because only you can cancel it there. If you subscribed in the Android app, cancel it in Google Play first. If you do not, Google keeps charging you.
Open Google Play subscriptions
If you pay on the web, you do not need to do anything. When the account owner deletes the account in Settings, we cancel the subscription at once and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period unless your payment provider does so by default. If we cannot cancel it, the account is not deleted and you see an error.
When deletion happens
- Account owner: Access ends at once, and we cancel a web subscription at the same time. We keep the account for 30 days so we can restore it if you ask. After 30 days it is deleted for good, except the billing records listed under What we keep.
- Team member: Your login and profile are deleted at once.
- Email request: Handled the same way as in the app, after we check that it is you.
What we delete
When an owner account is deleted for good, we delete:
- Your business account, settings and AI configuration.
- Customers, conversations and messages from your connected channels, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat.
- Appointments, services, staff and business hours.
- Knowledge base documents and FAQs, and your automations and campaigns.
- Call recordings, call transcripts and voice notes.
- Files you or your customers uploaded, such as documents, images, email attachments, receipts and your logo.
- Usage records, saved card tokens for automatic renewals, and manual payment submissions.
- Push notification device tokens.
- The login, profile and profile photo of every team member.
What we keep, and for how long
Account deletion does not remove the items below. Here is why.
- Owner accounts: all data stays for 30 days after you delete. The reason is that you can ask us to restore the account in that time. After that it is deleted for good, except the billing records below.
- Team members: your business keeps the records it created, such as conversations you handled. Only your own login and profile are removed.
- Records held by others: payment providers and Google keep their own payment and purchase records under their own rules, and our service providers keep their own technical logs, for example error reports and website analytics. Our deletion does not remove these. Write to us if you have a question about them.
- Billing records: we keep a copy of your invoices and subscription history for about 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it. The copy has your business name, invoice numbers, plans, amounts, currencies, dates and payment provider. It has no personal data, such as an email address, phone number, address or card details.
