Subscription plans

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize Hala AI to charge the payment method on file for the agreed-upon amount at the start of each billing cycle.
Free trial eligibility
Try before you commit
New organizations receive a 14-day trial with no credit card required and no automatic conversion to a paid plan. When the trial ends, you can continue free on Hobby or subscribe to a paid plan.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your Hala AI subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will retain full access to all platform features until the expiration date.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refund eligibility
The 7-day satisfaction window
We offer a limited refund window for new subscribers to ensure our platform meets your business requirements. You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Refunds are issued by Paddle (card checkout), PayPal (PayPal checkout), or manual review for Payoneer/InstaPay payments, to the original payment method where applicable.
- Access to paid features ends when a refund is issued.
- One refund per organization.

Non-refundable situations
Renewals
Automatic subscription renewals are non-refundable.
Usage overages
Charges for minutes used beyond plan limits.
Late requests
Requests made after the 7-day window.
Terms violations
Accounts terminated for policy breaches.
High usage
Accounts with more than 50 minutes of AI voice interaction.
Partial months
Unused time during a cancellation month.
Upgrade and downgrade
Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference in price for the remainder of the current billing cycle will be charged to your account on a prorated basis.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current cycle.
Disputed charges
We value our customers and aim to resolve all billing issues amicably. If you believe there has been an error in your billing, please contact us immediately.
IMPORTANT: Please contact support before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider. Chargebacks are time-consuming for both parties and may result in permanent account suspension.
