By accessing or using the Hala AI platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
Authority & Capacity
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Billing Transparency
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. We provide a 7-day grace period for failed payments before service suspension. Current prices are on our pricing page. A free Hobby tier is available with no payment method required.

5. Acceptable Use
By using Hala AI, you agree that you and your end users will not use the service to:
Break the law
engage in or facilitate any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or violate the rights of others.
Send unsolicited or unlawful messages
transmit spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or any communication for which you have not obtained the recipient's prior consent as required by applicable law (including but not limited to KVKK, GDPR, and the messaging and telemarketing rules of each recipient's jurisdiction). You are solely responsible for obtaining and recording all required end-user consent.
Violate third-party platform rules
use the service in any manner that breaches the terms of WhatsApp, Meta (Instagram/Messenger), Telegram, or any other integrated platform.
Abuse or harm others
send harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content, or impersonate any person or organization.
Misuse sensitive data
collect, store, or process health, financial, or other sensitive personal data except as permitted by law and with all required consents and safeguards.
Attack or circumvent the service
attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or circumvent any usage limits, security, or billing controls.
Resell or misrepresent
resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written permission, or misrepresent the AI as a human where disclosure is legally required.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your end users' compliance with this policy. We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate access to protect the service, our other customers, or third parties. We may suspend immediately and without prior notice where a violation poses a risk of harm, legal exposure, or platform sanctions.
6. AI & Data Processing
Conversation Intelligence
While you retain ownership of your data, you grant Hala AI a limited license to process your data solely to provide, secure, and support the service. Hala AI does not use your data — including any data obtained through connected services such as Google Calendar — to train, develop, or improve any machine-learning or AI model, including foundational models.
We do not sell your data to third parties. All processing follows our Privacy Policy. Built to support GDPR, KVKK, and PDPL requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or fail to meet payment obligations.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
