Voice note speed, downloads, profile photos and setup steps

Three small changes make daily work faster. Voice notes in every conversation are easier to play through, a profile photo helps your teammates recognize you, and the setup checklist now includes two steps that new workspaces often skip.

Voice notes

Each voice note shows play, a seek bar, the time, a speed label and a download icon. The speed label switches between 1x, 1.5x and 2x, and the download icon saves the file to your device.

Profile photo

Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP photo under Account in Settings. The photo shows in the avatar menu at the top right and in the team list, so colleagues can see who they work with.

Setup checklist

The Setup Checklist on the home page has two new items. Invite your team is complete after a second member joins or while an invite is pending. Set up your AI is complete when the assistant has a name and a knowledge base document or a service.

How to use it

• Open Conversations, pick a conversation with a voice note, and click the speed label until it shows the speed you need.
• Open Settings, click the upload button under Account and choose your photo. Check the square crop inside the circle.
• Open Home and open the Setup Checklist to see the new items. Each item opens the page where you finish it.
